This OOAK, upcycled party dress has black lace over a white, high low skirt. This cocktail dress is one of my favorites! It combines classic looks with exciting new possibilities! Think formal occasion or Goth wedding. The bodice on the original dress was damaged, so I replaced it with taffeta overlain by a bold black lace that I embellished with beads and sequins.
