Wedding - Yes, It's Real

Yes, It's Real

Heather & Adam contacted me via a referral to a wedding I did last year up the coast. Never meeting Heather or Adam, I found them to be not only really in love, but very energetic and willing to do just about anything I requested. She followed me out into the cold ocean with her bare feet and wedding dress and allowed me to play around with them while my humble and talented 2nd shooter and brother-in-law Cameron held my light to the side. Now the groom broke his foot in a lame surfing accident rescuing some innocent baby seals from the jagged tide pools up the coast, and thus they were concerned that all their wedding photos would be suffer because of his cast. I said it's part of your day, so you might as well make the best of it, so like a real trooper, he limped out into the ocean with her. We didn’t get back until after 1am and as you can see from his photos he really has a great eye for candid work and overall shots, even when he was busy capturing my bald spot. I think it something in their genes. If you ever have the chance to visit Cayucos, you should. It’s a fun, charming little surf town in the middle of no where with a restaurant that serves some AMAZING clam chowder. By the way, today is not Monday. I refuse to use that profane word. From now on, today is called pre-Tuesday. Happy pre-Tuesday everyone.
