Fun Boho Beach Wedding In Australia - Weddingomania

Today we are sharing a wonderful boho beach wedding in Australia. The bride was from Australia, and the groom from the UK, so they wanted to have two celebrations in their respective countries. This one took place on a beach in Sydney in March.

Their Australian wedding theme was a total mash up as our own tastes, cultures and lifestyles. They wanted the guests to be colorful and comfortable, period. So naturally the styling was equally colorful with a rolling theme of yellow, white and lavender. The couple had to move their wedding forward six months so they didn't have a lot of time to do DIY, but they added the personal touches that were important to them.

They didn't have any time to DIY anything but still there were some personal touches made specially for them. Having sunflowers was a no-brainer because they mean a lot to them as a couple. The guys also gave sunflower seeds to our guests to take away too and to grown them as their love is growing. The bride and the groom always joke about how they're each other's lobsters because they only have one partner for life. So they found a lobster cake topper and had their initials on the palm tree.

The pair did include some traditional elements that they liked the idea of. They kept the romantic old traditions (like staying apart on the wedding day and keeping the dress a secret until the aisle) and got rid of the boring ones. Music was also really important, and they had an eclectic mix of reggae, chilled surfer tunes, ska and old school Soul & Motown.
